​This year BTI commemorated Emancipation Day on August 1st in-person at George Brown College Waterfront Campus with open conversations, thoughtful discussions, networking opportunities, and incredible speakers.

On June 19th, BTI had the pleasure of hosting our annual Juneteenth event with partners, members and volunteers alike. Commemorating the emancipation of slaves in the US and creating a space for Black professionals and allies to connect and inspire one another.
