Launchpad
This is our newest program, set to launch in 2023. In collaboration with Revolutionaire, a 4-month program for a cohort of 25-30 Black youth executed by professionals, experts and content creators with a range of professional and personal programming.

Amplify
An experiential accelerator program for a cohort of 10 Black self-identifying individuals to gain industry experience for one year in an intentional role to kickstart or pivot their career. The program will influence important career moments for Black professionals with trusted organizations looking to do more than “diversify” their talent pool but lead an empowered generation through hands-on experience, dual mentorship and the expansion of their network.
